Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our Fulfillment Center (FC) operations. The FC Lead will oversee warehouse operations, manage a dedicated team, and

ensure the smooth delivery of critical drugs and other items to clients, hospitals, and patients. The role demands strict adherence to processes, inventory control, compliance, and timely execution, particularly for our Patient Assistance Program (PAP).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

○ Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established protocols.

○ Ensure timely inwarding, billing, and outwarding of goods to maintain seamless operations.

○ Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment in the warehouse.

2. Team Management

○ Supervise, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.

○ Allocate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery.

3. KPI and Metric Monitoring

○ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

○ Proactively identify and resolve performance gaps to maintain high standards.

4. Delivery Operations

○ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments to clients, hospitals, and patients.

○ Coordinate with logistics partners to meet delivery expectations and resolve delays.

5. Process Implementation and Adherence

○ Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team compliance.

○ Continuously evaluate and improve processes for efficiency and scalability.

6. Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Deliveries

○ Manage PAP-related shipments, ensuring delivery within the committed ETA.

○ Liaise with stakeholders to address and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

7. Inventory Control and Auditing

○ Maintain stringent inventory controls to ensure the availability of critical drugs.

○ Conduct regular audits to track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

8. Compliance Management for Specialty Products

○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for storing and handling specialty products, including temperature-sensitive and controlled substances.

○ Monitor environmental controls such as refrigeration units and humidity settings to safeguard product integrity.

9. Stakeholder Collaboration and Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, manufacturers, and distributors to

enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align operations with business

objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience of Pharma is prefered
• Proven experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive or critical inventory.
