Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective distribution channel sales strategies.
  
• Develop and implement sales plans, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth in the assigned territory.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach them to meet their targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-6 years of experience in sales management or similar role in FMCG industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective distribution channel sales strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Planning, Sales Strategy, Sales Analysis, Distribution Management & Team Management skills.
