Maami Foods Pvt. Ltd. is manufacturing a wide range of Spices and Masala Powders under the own brand name MAAMIS with a commitment to provide Customer Delight and achieve total customer satisfaction. Maami Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a food processing company promoted by P.C.Kannan group who has six decades of experience in spices. The parent concern of the group P.C. Kannan & Co. are the top most exporter of coriander. The company exports its spices to over 20 nations. We are the experts in making varieties of masala powder and spices. We have spices processing plants in various parts of India such as: Virudhunagar in Tamilnadu, Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Kota in Rajasthan and many more. We also have direct access to the best suppliers of spices and masalas around the globe. We offer our range of masala powders and spices under the brand name MAAMIS. We are an ISO certified company and stringently follow high quality standards during Purchase, Storage, Production, Quality Checking, Sales and Final Delivery. Utmost attention is paid to maintain hygiene during the manufacturing process and we pack our spices in special packs to retain their aroma and freshness. We channelize our resources to offer the finest Indian spices to our esteemed patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Identification & Appointment:

Identify and evaluate potential distributor partners across designated territories or regions.

Conduct market research to understand the distributor landscape and identify opportunities for expansion.

Approach, negotiate, and on board new distributors to achieve distribution goals.

Ensure distributors meet the company's financial and operational criteria for appointment.

2. Distributor Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with appointed distributors.

Provide ongoing support to distributors to ensure product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities are aligned with company objectives.

Regularly meet with distributors to assess their performance and resolve any operational challenges they may face.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

Work with distributors to set sales targets and monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.

Provide guidance and motivation to distributors to drive sales performance and increase market share.

Implement sales strategies to maximize distributor performance in assigned regions.

4. Training and Product Knowledge Support:

Conduct training sessions for new distributors on product offerings, sales strategies, and promotional programs.

Provide product training and updates to existing distributors to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in selling the companys products.

Ensure that distributors maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of new product launches, features, and market trends.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting:

Continuously monitor market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide regular reports to management on distributor performance, sales trends, and market feedback.

Track distributor sales, inventory levels, and promotional activity to ensure alignment with business objectives.

6. Promotional & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that will drive distributor sales.

Ensure that distributors are equipped with the necessary marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional tools to succeed in the market.

7. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and local regulations regarding distributor relationships.

Maintain accurate records of distributor agreements, sales, performance reports, and other relevant documentation.

8. Other Duties:

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events to identify potential distributors and market the companys products.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
