Lead Archer Developer

Job Role: Specialist/Lead - Archer Developer

Location: Chennai & Hyderabad

Qualification (Education/ Experience/Certifications):

5-8 years of experience in archer development

Archer Associate/professional certificate is preferred

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Archer solutions, including workspaces, applications, questionnaires, custom objects, complex calculation management and advanced workflow configuration (DDEs and Notifications)
• Manage data import/export strategies, including data feeds and campaigns.
• Migrate applications and questionnaires between Archer instances using package installation and validation.
• Design and develop custom reports, iViews, and dashboards to provide actionable insights from Archer data.
• Manage user groups, roles, and record permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access control.
• Configure and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
• Expertise in advanced workflow configurations.
• Develop and execute unit testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Archer solutions.
• Provide on-call and end-user support.
• Create and maintain mail merge templates to facilitate efficient client data export.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work to team members.
• Mentor team members in best practices for Archer development and data management.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in archer development
• Functional experience in Audit, Risk and Third-party governance use-cases
• Experience in Archer version upgrade process
• Knowledge on Archer APIs and Integrations

Good to Have:

• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge on US HealthCare system.
• Exposure to US Clients would be an added advantage.
