Thryve Digital - Lead Archer Developer - IT Audit & Risk (5-8 yrs)

Job Role : Specialist/Lead Archer Developer.

Location : Chennai & Hyderabad.

Qualification (Education/ Experience/Certifications) : 5-8 years of experience in archer development. Archer Associate/professional certificate is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Archer solutions, including workspaces, applications, questionnaires, custom objects, complex calculation management and advanced workflow configuration (DDEs and Notifications).

- Manage data import/export strategies, including data feeds and campaigns.

- Migrate applications and questionnaires between Archer instances using package installation and validation.

- Design and develop custom reports, iViews, and dashboards to provide actionable insights from Archer data.

- Manage user groups, roles, and record permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access control.

- Configure and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.

- Expertise in advanced workflow configurations.

- Develop and execute unit testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Archer solutions.

- Provide on-call and end-user support.

- Create and maintain mail merge templates to facilitate efficient client data export.

- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work to team members.

- Mentor team members in best practices for Archer development and data management.

Requirements :

Must Have :

- 5+ years of experience in archer development.

- Functional experience in Audit, Risk and Third-party governance use-cases.

- Experience in Archer version upgrade process.

- Knowledge on Archer APIs and Integrations.

Good to Have :

- Good Communication Skills.

- Knowledge on US HealthCare system.

- Exposure to US Clients would be an added advantage.
