Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

- Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of the IT park project, from initial planning through construction to final handover, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community partners to facilitate project progress and address any concerns.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and ensure effective cost control measures are in place to maximize profitability.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including financial performance, timelines, and any potential risks or issues.
