Role Overview:

- Marketing & Communications - Senior level will spearhead the development and execution of innovative strategies aimed at elevating the brand in B2B segments.


- This leadership role requires a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth, enhance brand positioning, and maximize engagement through strategic marketing campaigns, communication initiatives, and impactful content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates brand's position as a leader in the EdTech space, particularly in the B2B sector.

- Shape the narrative and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team. Foster a collaborative culture, driving creativity and execution excellence while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- B2B Growth & Market Expansion: Focus on expanding presence in the B2B market.


- Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise clients and educational institutions, while exploring new business avenues through tailored marketing campaigns.

- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote new offerings, courses, and initiatives, ensuring they resonate with targeted stakeholders in both academia and industry.

- Internal & External Communication: Lead the creation of clear and compelling messaging for both internal and external audiences. Enhance organizational storytelling and align communication strategies with brand's vision, driving engagement and thought leadership in the education and technology space.

- Content Strategy & Digital Presence: Own the content strategy, creating engaging content that speaks to our audience. Oversee the company's digital presence, ensuring that the website, social media, and digital platforms reflect brand's core values and resonate with potential partners and customers.

- Brand Equity & Awareness: Ensure that brand is communicated consistently across all touchpoints, including events, PR, and social media. Increase brand awareness and strengthen thought leadership within the EdTech industry.

- Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform strategies and pivot when necessary to stay ahead of market demands and innovation.

- Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and influencers, to amplify brand visibility and credibility.

- Operational Leadership: Oversee the operational execution of marketing strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, timely delivery of projects, and effective resource utilization. Provide high-level oversight of budgets and marketing spend, ensuring ROI.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience: Minimum 20+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, with at least 7+ years in leadership positions.

- Strategic Vision: A track record of driving business growth and brand awareness through innovative and effective marketing strategies. Strong experience in B2B marketing and market expansion.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration at a senior level. Passionate about coaching and developing talent within the team.

- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Educational Background: A relevant undergraduate degree, with an MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
