About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, with a preference for candidates from South India and those with experience in the mining sector.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and offering positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs for various departments.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract right candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms to source candidates.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs .
• Coordinate and support the recruitment process for open roles across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring goals.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices, especially in the context of South India and the mining sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
