Job Description
Business Development Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales targets of Siemens product portfolio
- Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management and customer management.
- Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with marketing department for leads generation and leads management.
- Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales team for technical requirements of customers.
- Interaction with industry bodies for establishing organization position
- Maintaining business ethics, on time reporting and proper documentation.
- Knowledge of industry segments and their primary activities
- Study & preparation for sales technically and commercially
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects
- Mustering internal and external support needed for winning sales deals & closures
- Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
- Target oriented alignment of activities
- Networking with sales ecosystem Preferred Skills
- Preferred Relevant experience in CAD-CAM-CAE Industry
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Sales Experience: 1 to 7 years.
