We have an urgent hiring for Shift Incharge/Duty Manager for Delhi Airport.

The ideal candidate must have experience in managing 50+ personnel in a technical or non-technical company or project.

Key Responsibilities but not limited -

• Supervise and manage shift operations, ensuring seamless airport processes.
• Lead a team of Helpers, technicians and operators to maintain and manage airport systems (e.g., Baggage Handling System, Ground Support Equipment, Terminal Operations).
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• knowledge of airport systems like Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Ground Handling, or Terminal Operations (Not mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• knowledge of baggage handling systems, conveyors, and automation controls will be preferred.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in manpower management /Airport operations.
