We have an immediate openings for HR Admin - Vijayawada

Qualification: Any Graduation
Shifts: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shifts)
Working days - Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

We are seeking an HR Admin to support the HR team in day-to-day operations within our staffing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR processes, especially in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding of new employees and contractors.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, and other HR activities.
• Manage and process benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Support the HR team in employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
• Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, legal documentation and general HR-related inquiries.
• Support in maintaining a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

* Any Graduate with basic knowledge in HR
* Freshers are preferred
* Good communication is mandatory
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
