Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and maintain strong relationships with clients while adhering to financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments
• Maintain accurate records and generate AR reports for management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Salesforce, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent communication and problem-solvingskills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
