Position Overview:
The Salesforce Solution Architectwill be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions thatmeet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. This role requiresextensive experience across various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud,CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The successful candidate will workclosely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them intoscalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Job Location and Address:
This requirement is Full Timeand working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. TheIncumbent is required to work in the following location:

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
o Designcomprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and alignwith best practices.
o Developarchitecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications for Salesforceimplementations.
o Ensure seamlessintegration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-partyapplications.
Implementation and Customization:
o Lead theconfiguration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including ServiceCloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
o Oversee thedevelopment of custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
o Ensuresolutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaboratewith business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, anddefine project goals.
o Conductworkshops and meetings to present solutions, gather feedback, and refinedesigns.
o Act as theprimary point of contact for technical queries and issues.
Technical Leadership:
o Providetechnical leadership and guidance to development teams.
o Conduct codereviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
o Mentor juniordevelopers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
o Develop andexecute test plans to ensure solutions meet functional and
non-functional requirements.
o Coordinate useracceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise.
o Ensure allsolutions are thoroughly documented.
Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up-to-datewith the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
o Identifyopportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
o Driveinnovation and adoption of new Salesforce capabilities within the organization.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce solutionarchitecture and implementation.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud,CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platformcapabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LightningComponents, and other Salesforce development tools.
Experience with integration technologies such as REST,SOAP, and middleware platforms.
Salesforce Architect certification is highlydesirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-qualitySalesforce solutions on time and within budget.
