Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce
Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding
of Salesforce architecture, hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Web Components (LWC), and a proven ability to integrate Salesforce with
external systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to
translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing Salesforce
processes, and staying updated with the latest platform features.
Job Location and Address:
This requirement is Full Time
and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The
Incumbent is required to work in the following location:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and
Architecture:
\u25CB Design scalable and secure
Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions based on best practices.
\u25CB Develop detailed
architecture plans, including integration and data migration strategies.
\u25CB Ensure solutions meet
business requirements and align with the companys overall IT strategy.
2. Implementation and
Customization:
\u25CB Configure and customize
Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including workflows, process builder, custom
objects, and page layouts.
\u25CB Develop and implement
customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
\u25CB Configure and customize the
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet business needs.
3. Integration & APIs:
\u25CB Integrate Salesforce with
third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Salesforce
Connect.
\u25CB Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and
processes.
4. Data Management:
\u25CB Perform data migration and
transformation tasks using Data Loader or other ETL tools.
\u25CB Manage Salesforce data
structures, security models, and sharing rules.
5. Collaboration &
Stakeholder Engagement:
\u25CB Work closely with stakeholders
to understand business processes and translate them into technical
requirements.
\u25CB Provide technical guidance to
team members and non-technical stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.
6. Quality Assurance:
\u25CB Conduct unit testing and
support quality assurance testing to ensure solutions are stable and meet
business requirements.
\u25CB Resolve technical issues
and provide post-deployment support.
7. Innovation &
Optimization:
\u25CB Identify opportunities to
optimize Salesforce processes and enhance platform capabilities.
\u25CB Stay updated with
Salesforce releases and features to suggest improvements.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales
and Service Cloud.
Experience in developing Apex classes, triggers,
Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with
external systems.
Proficiency in Salesforce declarative features like
Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model,
data modelling, and sharing rules.
Experience with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and
version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web
technologies.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
Additional certifications like Salesforce
Administrator, App Builder, or Platform Developer II are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning,
or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g.,
CI/CD pipelines).
