Network Engineer

As a Technology Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative software projects. Your role includes overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Job Location and Address:

This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

  Responsibilities:
  

  Endpoint Security System (EPS): Configure, monitor, and maintain Endpoint Security Systems. Ensure compliance with security policies and mitigate endpoint vulnerabilities. Respond to and resolve endpoint security alerts and incidents.
  

  
  

  Firewall Implementation and Configuration: Plan, deploy, and configure firewalls to secure networks. Conduct regular audits and updates to firewall rules and settings. Monitor network traffic and address anomalies or unauthorized activities.
  

  
  

  Troubleshooting MacBook Hardware and Applications: Diagnose and repair hardware-related issues on MacBooks, including peripherals. Resolve software-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with team members or external support to solve complex technical issues.
  

  
  

  Flexible Working Hours: Be available to address urgent technical issues outside standard hours. Adapt to shift-based or on-call work schedules as necessary support critical system updates or incident responses during non-standard hours.
  

  
  
  Requirements

  Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  

  7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
  

  Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology team, with at least 5 years in software development.
  

  Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  

  Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
  

  Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
  

  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
  

  Understanding of database management and architecture.
  

  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

  Ability to think creatively to resolve complex technical issues.
