Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data & Analytics Specialist with expertise in Snowflake, BigQuery,
and Python, as well as hands-on experience in model development and digital
marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing,
analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business decisions and optimize
digital marketing strategies. They will work closely with cross-functional
teams to develop insights, create reports, and enhance data-driven marketing
efforts.

This requirement is Full Time and
working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent
is required to work in the following location:

Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Analysis:
Develop, maintain, and optimize databases using
Snowflake, BigQuery etc.
Write and maintain Python scripts for data
processing and analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data
requirements and provide actionable insights.
2. Digital Analytics & Reporting:
Use Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other
tools to analyze website and campaign performance.
Manage Google Tag Manager for setting up
tracking and event tracking on websites.
Create and automate reports using MCI and Looker
Studio to present insights and KPIs to stakeholders.
Analyze Marketing and Programmatic campaigns to
optimize ROI.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing, product, and data
science teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives.
Present analytical findings and insights in a
clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
Support the development of marketing strategies
through data-driven insights.
4. General Tasks:
Perform day-to-day activities using Microsoft
Office and other productivity tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging
tools related to data analytics, digital marketing, and social media.
Requirements
Bacheloror Masterdegree in Data Science,
Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in data analysis, digital
marketing analytics, and social media management.
Proven expertise in Snowflake, BigQuery ,
and Python.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google
Analytics , and Google Tag Manager.
Hands-on experience with Looker Studio for report creation and data visualization.
In-depth knowledge of SMO, SMM, PPC, Branding and Amazon Marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and manage multiple projects.
