Jr QC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Reads engineering drawings and inspects the machined product accordingly.
• Prepares QAP, Test Certification documents as per EN10204
• Performs Hardness test.
• Witnesses and approves Pressure tests (shell test, seat test, functional test).
• Follows Quality Management System requirements as required.
• Deals with Third party Inspections for witness & review.
• Reads and implements specifications like BPVC,API,ASTM,AISI.
• Inspects material at vendors place as and when required.
• Reads and implements specifications like BPVC,API,ASTM,AISI.
• Witnesses Types Tests in laboratories PAN India..

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.E. in Mech. Engg. With min. 03 years of experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring and measuring instruments.
• Awareness of material standards like ASTM/AISI for steel, Rubber.
• Awareness of Calibration specification.
• Should have experience with CNC and VMC machining.
• Awareness of NDT. Proficiency in UT,LPT will be added advantage.
