Senior Engineer - Tool Room

Role & responsibilities

Process planning of all NPD die wise component wise for shop floor to meet the project delivery deadline, Tool spares etc

-Drawing checking as received from design to decide the process flow for component manufacturing keeping in view design requirement

- To prepare machine loading charts for scheduling loading operations on machines to ensure resource balancing and optimizing the use of machine for various jobs including production of dies ,die parts ,jigs and fixture based on the production schedules received from

-To do planning of all machine keeping in view pipeline & component status
before/after hardening, and hence monitoring the jobs in WIP and completion status

- To conduct data analysis in coordination with subordinates to ensure smooth operations and productivity enhancement

-CAD/CAM planning with new improvement for CNC section

-Provide training to new engineer related to dies manufacturing process /Autocad/cad cam

-Daily troubleshooting at shop floor w.r.t manufacturing of part on the machine
