Qualification for

1. Associate Professor:

(I) Postgraduate degree in Sciences/ Mathematics/ Social Sciences/

Languages with minimum 55% marks

(II) M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.

(III) UGC -NET in Education

(IV) Ph.D. in Education

(V) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching as an Assistant

Professor in a University, College excluding the period of Ph.D.

Research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five

publications in UGC-CARE listed/Scopus Indexed journals.

(VI) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and

courses, and technology-mediated teaching learning process with

evidence of having guided doctoral candidates.

2. Assistant Professor:

(I) Postgraduate degree in Sciences/ Mathematics/ Social Sciences/

Languages with minimum 55% marks, and

(II) M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.

(III) UGC -NET in Education

(IV) Ph.D. in Education

*Desirable: Teaching Experience of three years in teacher education institutions.
