Business Analyst cum Scrum Master

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst cum Scrum Master to join our team. This hybrid role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements while ensuring Agile best practices as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

• Work with development and QA teams to ensure clear requirement understanding.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.

• Create functional specifications, process maps, and system documentation.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and mindset.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine the backlog.

• Monitor sprint progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing Agile team culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.

• Experience in SAFe Agile frameworks.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Exposure to cloud technologies and DevOps practices
