DotNet - Technical Lead --Immediate To 1MONTH

Job Description :
* We are looking for an experienced .NET C# Technical Lead .
* Hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, Microservices, Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS), and DevOps practices.
* As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure best coding practices, and drive technical
excellence in software development projects.

Key Responsibilities :
* 7+ years of experience in .NET development with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
*Lead a team of software developers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high performance applications.
* Architect, design, and develop microservices-based applications and APIs
* Provide hands-on coding expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
* Drive cloud adoption strategies and implement solutions using Azure/AWS.
* Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
* Optimize system performance, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
* Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to define and refine
requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

* Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
* Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
* Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
