Sr.ReactJS Developer

Position Overview:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at ThinkHat Software, you will be a key contributor to the success of our web applications. You will lead the frontend development efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of frontend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
2. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, taking ownership of the development process.
3. Utilize tools/libraries such as GitHub, webpack, redux, redux-think, Nodejs, JIRA, and Jenkins to streamline the development workflow.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the frontend development team.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide projects in the right direction.
6. Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
7. Work closely with product managers and designers, demonstrating a strong understanding of product and design intricacies.
8. Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
9. Take ownership of the codebase and contribute to continuous improvement.
10. Maintain a customer-focused mindset, striving to create solutions that meet and exceed user expectations.
11. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, helping and seeking help when needed.

Expertise and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science engineering or allied branches, or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in web application development with ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
3. Proficiency in tools/libraries such as GitHub, webpack, redux, redux-think, Nodejs, JIRA, and Jenkins.
4. Proven experience in leading teams and projects.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for realizing and executing solutions.
6. Obsessive attention to detail, especially concerning product and design intricacies.
7. Get-things-done attitude and a purpose-driven mindset.
