React.js Developer - Javascript (4-6 yrs)

JOB DISCRIPTION :

- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing web applications.

- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

- Produce detailed specifications.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the existing software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

- Contribute to improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.

- Cooperate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and formulate plans to achieve them.

- Manage multiple projects concurrently and adjust on-the-fly as priorities change.

- Adhere to industry best practices for front-end development.

- Stay up to date on emerging technologies.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on assigned projects.

TECHNICAL SKILL :

- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, CSS & HTML.

- Familiarity with Frontend build tools, such as Webpack and Gulp.

- Experience with unit testing tools, such as Selenium, etc.

- Experience with state management libraries, such as Redux or MobX.

- Working knowledge of Next.js and Express.

BEHAVIORAL SKILL:

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
