Sr Execution Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sr. execution manager / Engineer able study / Understand & handle multiple execution
  project at a time.
• Project execution Scope of work preparation for better clarity & smooth execution work.
• Conducting site visits to assess progress, quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordination with project manager and reporting.
• Managing project timelines, resources and budgets to achieve set objectives.
• Monitoring progress, tracking milestones and addressing issues or delays proactively.
• Execution team handling at different site and control.
• Training to team and coordination with client.
• Site daily planning and reporting, Problem solving approach.
  Vendor and Contractor evaluation and empanelment.
• Plan, Monitor and Control Project Status with respect to Time, Cost, Quality. Ensure
  compliance with statutory regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/ Diploma degree in mechanical, civil engineering or a related field.
• Construction management experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial project management, with a track record of successfully
  delivering projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in India.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire
  a diverse project team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address
  challenges and make sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
  positive relationships with stakeholders
