d) Job Profile
a) Key Objectives
Work with SBU head to evolve the commercial strategy.
Single point accountability for commercial matters pertaining to RFPs & proposals.
Leading customer negotiations and contracting.
Conducting risk analysis and identifying mitigation measures for all bids.
b) Major Deliverables
Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate complex contractual agreements and pricing models.
EPC/BOO contracting in coordination with legal and finance teams.
Comprehensive commercial review of tender documents.
Raising pre-bid commercial queries with customers at bid stage and preparation of risk register.
Issuance of all Bank/Corporate guarantees.
Managing export documentation & all related compliances.
Skills:
Ability to communicate with client/stakeholders effectively.
Preference for experience with EPC organizations in O&G & Power.

a) Critical Competencies and Essential Attributes
Knowledge of contracting & commercial terms in large size EPC/ BOO projects.
Deep understanding of commercial & regulatory framework.
Understand execution risk in Customer contracts.
Knowledge on Import / Export documentation.
Experienced in insurance management for Projects & Assets.

12 to 15 years
c) Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role

d) Qualifications
BCom/BBA/ B Tech / MBA
e) Desired type of Experience
Following skills are preferred but not mandatory:
Sectoral technical understanding of O&G/ Power/ Renewable Sector.
Handling commercial and contracting responsibilities for large EPC projects or build own operate projects.
Experience of negotiating commercial terms with customers at contracting and during execution stage.
