To liaise with hotels, transporters, guides and other service providers in the region on a regular basis and maintain a good PR with them.
To liaise & maintain good PR with Associate Offices in Mysore, Hyderabad, Hospet on a regular basis and ensure flawless service delivery.
To keep all team members PAN India informed of latest developments in terms of product / supply chain in Karnataka, Andra Pradesh and Telangana.
To work on Product development to bring in New Products, Exclusive Experiences, New Circuits said region and extend support to enhance business respectively.
Submission of necessary reports to reporting Head whenever required.
Ensure enhanced synergy and co-ordination between Bengaluru and other PAN India offices.
Ensure to educate about TRAVART-inhouse business tool and Vendor Portal to all services providers and also extend required support internally.
Job Specifications
Graduation/Post Graduation.
Candidate should be native of Bangalore.
Preferably, 10 to 12 years of experience in operations for inbound clients.
Ability to communicate articulately, clearly & concisely, verbal as well as written.
Indepth Knowledge of costing, rate contracting and routings.
Should have an understanding of customer needs and the market.
Must have good negotiation, coordination and PR skills.
Quality conscious with an eye of detail are vital.
