Thermax Onsite Energy Solutions Limited (TOESL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Thermax Limited, provides renewable energy-based solutions to deliver utilities like steam and heat to its customers with water treatment & recycling, cooling, waste heat recovery, power generation etc. in its product portfolio, on a Build Own Operate (BOO) basis. TOESL has pioneered this business model in India and is mandated to extend this in select international markets. The company has already crossed landmark order booking for consistent annual revenue of Rs. 300 Cr and is poised to rapidly scale it up in near future. Apart from financial modelling proposals which provide economic value to its customers, the company also leverages its forte in sourcing biomass fuels based on agro-wastes across country.

Reporting To: Head - Proposal

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preliminary enquiry analysis for bid/no-bid.

Utility (Steam, heat, power & other) cost saving analysis based on the site data, energy saving calculations, HMBD & PFDs etc.

Preparation of techno-commercial BOOT proposal for steam, heat, power & other multiutilities.

Tender reading & preparation of deviation, clarification & datasheets etc.

Participating in Technical discussions with customer/consultant and resolving client queries. To work closely with sales team and provide required techno-commercial support.

Auxiliary equipment sizing and specification release for bagfilter/ESPs/scrubbers & other major bought out components.

Preparation of RFQs and floating enquiries to various internal and external suppliers for necessary offer backups. Validation of vendor s offer as per requirements.

To work closely with respective stakeholders from various other division of Thermax.

Inputs to internal team for layout & P&ID. To work closely with other stakeholders like O&M, fuel, construction, finance team.

Preparation of contract draft for utility purchase and clarifying client s doubts if any.

Preparation of order documents with all back up and conducting Order Transfer Meeting (OTM) with all the internal stake holders.

Attending Kick Off Meetings (KOM).

To seek feedback from cross functional team and implement the learning in subsequent proposals.

Knowledge of basic engineering of steam, heat and power application, Oil/Gas fired boilers, heaters, HGG and processes.
