Cybersecurity Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Providing support to the Application and Infrastructure teams to build the new solution securely and review the existing solution from a security perspective.
• Develop a process for conducting security architecture reviews.
• Create security checklists for the secure configuration of applications, networks, and databases.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption tools, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to IT teams, including mentoring and training on security best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to recommend proactive security measures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with security tools and technologies (Firewall, EDR, Proxy, SIEM, DLP, encryption, SASE, ZTNA, SDWAN, SDG IAM, etc.).
• Progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security architecture and design.
