Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments involved in proposal development.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide technical clarifications.
Present and explain technical aspects of proposals during client meetings.
- Conduct reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
Implement quality control measures to enhance the overall quality of proposals.
- Analyze bid documents and participate in bid evaluation processes.
Provide input on bid strategy, pricing, and contractual terms.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of proposal documents, revisions, and associated correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company standards for proposal documentation.
