JOB DESCRIPTION

• To conduct spot audits for outlets and share the report with Manager.
• To conduct recipe audit at central kitchen on regular basis.
• To do store audit and inform department on stock variance and expiry stock.
• To check goods are received from approved vendor and brands with contracted rate.
• To check goods received note (GRN) with actual bills.
• To check internal department stock issue of materials with proper stock indent challan.
• To monitor spoilages for central kitchen and outlet.
• To prepare staff welfare report.
• To monitor outward and inward challan.
• To monitor stock inventory at central kitchen and outlet.
• To monitor outlets return material.
• To monitor complementary reports.
• To monitor void bills.
• To monitor discount bills.
• To monitor cash purchases bills.
