We are looking for QSR / Restaurant / Cafe talent to join our team!

Location: Noida & Greater Noida Location

For Junior Associate:- PUC+ minimum 6 months customer facing experience OR PUC+ Certification in hotel management/ aviation.

For Associate :- Graduate OR PUC+ minimum 1 year customer facing experience

For shift managers also required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• To scan goods and collect payments
• To Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• To redeem stamps and coupons
• To make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• To resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• To greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• To maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• To Keep reports of transactions
• Hand over bag, box or wrap packages
• To pleasantly deal with guests to ensure satisfaction
