Manager - Client Success (2-5 yrs)

This position is responsible for managing client service and operations with a Wealth Management Firm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Assist the business team with various tasks such as onboarding, transactions, MIS preparation, portfolio reporting and other responsibilities assigned by management

- To co-ordinate with AMC/channel partners/third parties to ensure early resolution of issues/requests from customers

- Develop proficiency in client-servicing software like Mint and other similar software

- Maintain client data and enter client information into various systems, including CRM

- Proficiency & Accuracy with order placement into exchange, NSE/ BSE Online Platforms & physical forms

- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and wealth advisors

Eligibility Qualification:

- Candidate should be well versed with mutual funds and should have cleared or will be required to clear NISM - VA Mutual Fund exam

- Candidate should be self-motivated to drive for excellence

- The ability to adapt and work independently is crucial

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Positive demeanour and interpersonal skills are valued

Salary Range : As per candidate's profile, Max upto 7.5 lac

Work Experience : 1-3 years Mutual Fund Industry

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate or Postgraduate
