QA/QC Manager - Medical/Hygiene Products (5-20 yrs)

Our Company is a fast growing manufacturer/convertor of medical, industrial and hygiene products. (Surgical Masks, Particulate Respirators, Caps, Shoe Covers, Gowns, Adult/Baby Diapers, Underpads, Sanitary Napkins, Wet Wipes).

Founded in 2004, the company has established itself as a leading manufacturer within a nascent industry with large growth plans. A family owned SME with a target to achieve Rs 100 Crore within 5 years with continued growth in this exciting healthcare segment, by recruiting loyal and honest team members to share our exciting journey and growth.

We require a Quality Assurance and Control Manager with at least 5-8 years experience, preferably with Medical/Pharma companies but not mandatory. They will be required to establish Quality/Hygiene Function within the company and all associated documentation and training of workers.

They will be responsible for ISO 9001 certification and will be required to implement ISO 13795, CE Marking, FDA Approval, GMP and all other relation quality certifications related to the products manufactured.

We require a candidate who is obsessive about quality and documentation, with excellent people skills.
