Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to manage and expand relationships with our existing premium clients. This role is essential in maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring premium client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through paid-to-premium account upgrades. As an Accounts Manager, you will oversee client accounts, resolve issues, and proactively identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our products and premium services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Onboard the clients to our platform by guiding them through the platform, obtaining complete data, following up for data and setting up engagement model individually with each customer
  • Premium Service Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for up-selling and converting clients to our premium services, increasing revenue from existing clients through free-to-paid and paid-to-premium transitions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium and key clients by understanding their business needs and providing customized, value-added solutions.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues, queries, and complaints, particularly for high-value accounts.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain premium accounts, minimize churn, and maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze client data to provide insights and reports on account performance, suggesting upgrades or premium services where beneficial.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, product development) to deliver exceptional service to premium clients and ensure seamless transitions to paid or premium services.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with premium clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in Education sector will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the domestic B2B industry. Experience selling and servicing B2B SaaS platforms will be an edge
  • Strong Experience in up-selling and cross-selling premium services
