Business Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager with 2-6 years of experience who is passionate about AI solutions. In this role, you will help define, manage, and implement AI-driven projects, working closely with clients, developers, and AI experts to deliver business value through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding AI Use Cases & Business Needs

• Work with clients to identify business problems that AI can solve.
• Gather, document, and refine AI use cases.
• Understand how AI solutions (like chatbots, automation, and analytics) improve business processes.

2. Supporting AI Project Implementation

• Assist in defining AI project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

3. Data Analysis & AI Model Understanding

• Help collect and analyze business data for AI training.
• Work with teams to ensure AI models align with business goals.
• Support model testing, evaluation, and improvements based on feedback.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed requirement documents, workflows, and reports.
• Document AI model performance, improvements, and business impact.
• Create client presentations explaining AI solutions in a simple way.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand AI capabilities.
• Communicate AI solution benefits and limitations effectively to stakeholders.
