Senior Manager - Structure (8-15 yrs)

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Review detailed analyses of structural components, including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and other load-bearing elements.

- Review structural load calculations, including live loads, dead loads, wind loads, seismic loads, and other environmental factors.

- Ensure all designs adhere to national and international building codes and standards.

- Utilize structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAFE) to model and simulate the behavior of structures under different conditions.

- Collaborate with architects, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to integrate structural systems with other aspects of the building design.

- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and compliance of construction work, ensuring structural integrity is maintained during implementation.

- Address any technical challenges that arise during the design or construction phases of a project, providing effective engineering solutions.

- Knowledge of extracting quantities for billing / BOQ purpose
