Hiring Microsoft D365 F&O - Lead Supply Chain Consultant & PM

Duties and responsibilities

• Gathering the client's business process requirements.
• Preparation of functionality requirement document (FRD).
• Gap fit analysis for the existing business process of the customers.
• Configuration of data for the customer.
• Design Documentation of customized requirements (FDD)
• Hand off the business requirements to the technical team.
• Functionality testing for the customized requirements post-development.
• Functionality consulting to elevate the customer business process.
• Preparing end-user manuals and conducting end-user training.
• Preparing the test cases for the subsequent test scenarios.
• Conducting training programs for the client project team.
• System walkthrough & Final full cycle demonstration of the product.
• Providing post-implementation Support.
• Supporting the client at the right time and obtaining customer satisfaction
• Leading and mentoring the Junior Functional consultants.

Skills required:

• 8 - 14 years of experience in MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management (SCM) Modules.
• Experience in Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, and Inventory management.
• Working knowledge on Advance Warehouse Management (AWM), and Transportation Management.
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL).
• Working knowledge on Project Management and Accounting module.
• Performing project activities like Requirement Gathering, FRD/FDD Preparation, Documentation, UAT and User Training, Go-Live, and Post-Go-live support.
• Well-versed in Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Validation and Documentation
• Function as a subject matter expert (SME) for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
• Good experience in Agile Methodology and SDLC Methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in MS Azure storage Explorer.
• Strong ability to understand the Integration Process.
• Expertise in Bug Reporting and Tracking Process using tools like vFire-Core, and JIRA.
• Coordinating with technical teams for the customization development, upgradation, installation & configuration.
• Involved in regular project status meetings to discuss the risks involved in ongoing Projects.
• Strong attitude towards new technologies and LEAN methodologies.
