Hiring Sr. Power BI Developer with MS D365 experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Power BI Development: Take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying complex Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Sales, and other modules).

• Advanced Data Modeling: Lead the creation and optimization of complex data models, ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to provide real time insights.

• Data Integration: Leverage Power Query and MS Dynamics connectors to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources within Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.

• Reporting Solutions Design: Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, translate these into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality visualizations and reports that drive business decision-making.

• Custom Visualizations and DAX: Develop advanced DAX calculations and Power BI custom visuals to meet unique business needs.

• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of existing Power BI reports, ensuring efficiency in processing large data sets from Dynamics 365.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and Power BI users across the organization.

• Data Security and Governance: Implement and manage row-level security, user access controls, and data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Collaboration with Dynamics 365 Team: Work closely with MS Dynamics 365 developers, functional consultants, and other business units to ensure smooth integration of Power BI with Dynamics 365 systems.

• Project Management: Take the lead on BI reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics, with a strong emphasis on Power BI development.

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules), integrating it with Power BI for advanced reporting.

• Proven track record of leading complex Power BI projects and delivering business-critical reports in fast-paced environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX for advanced data modeling and custom visualizations.

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules), data structures, and OData feeds, Data Entities, and the Common Data Service (CDS).

• Experience with SQL, including querying and optimizing performance when dealing with large datasets from Dynamics 365.

• Proficiency with Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power Platform).

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing, particularly in integrating Dynamics 365 data.
