Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

Drafting experience in industries such as engineering and architecture.

Developing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, designs, and models for various architectural drafting projects.

Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate drafts.

Relevant certification in CAD software or drafting techniques.

Experience in construction documentation and project management.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

Ability to create presentations and visual aids for project proposals.

Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman or in a similar drafting role.

Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD Sketch up and Revit.

Solid technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good understanding of construction and architectural drafting principles.

Ability to interpret and work with complex technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.

Ability to manage several projects and coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
