Evaluate our competitors with support from the growth marketing team.
Find and solve problems our users care about and tell us your story of impact.
Basically: real product work.
Your responsibilities
Share your input continuously on our strategy, goal, and ICP so we can evolve with our market and context.
Independently conduct research and gather feedback (by using Usersnap) from customers to identify their pain points, needs and enrich them with data.
Develop with the CEO and leaders the now/next/later roadmap that aligns with our new strategy and objective (yes only one).
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing and customer success to ensure an effective delivery of product features and improvements.
Define and track key performance metrics to make informed decisions and improvements.
Work closely with product design to create user friendly, modern and visually appealing experiences for our customers.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders across the company including marketing, customer success and the leadership team.
What You bring to the table
You already delivered great products: You come with 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management backround. You owned and shipped products end to end already, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
You re a problem solver: You want to find our gaps in visibility, experience, and impact and solve them. You want to find and prioritize the most important problems and under-served jobs to be done.
You re a great explainer: You know how to tell us what the problem is, why it s important to solve now, and the hypothesis you want to explore. Your updates are sharp, short, and include data.
You re experienced in discovery: Delivery is great, but solving the right problems is better. You know how to test things before you build them and want to build the tool to help you connect better on these things.
Your ops game is strong: You re not afraid to do concise 1-pagers and short weekly updates on how the product/features perform.
You re creative! You love a good how-might-we with design/eng/marketing/cs and other peers. Your ideas mesh well with our strategy, vision, and ICP.
You ve got a growth mindset: We live, we learn, we grow, and we work together to find what we need.
