Key Role Requirements:
Education - MBA in Finance or Economics or any related field.
Experience - 3-10 years of experience in financial services.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Ensure that Models of all portfolio companies are updated and are available as and when required.
- Ensure that Models of non-portfolio companies are prepared for the purpose of evaluating investment decisions.
- Assist PMS Team with all data relevant for research.
- Track and Evaluate companies of a particular sector for investment.
- Act as a Backup Dealer for PMS Team as and when required.
- Execute initiatives and projects as per the agreed priority list in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that resources are utilized in an optimum manner.
- Assist wealth managers in conducting portfolio reviews of clients.
- Assist wealth managers with data collation and analysis related activities.
- Ensure a high degree of client engagement and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of conduct and service in the delivery of the proposition.
- Minimize instances of client complaints and ensure that complaints are resolved within defined turnaround times.
- Achieve good client outcomes through the design of appropriate investment portfolio strategies using the product proposition and insight on the client.
- Transfer insights on a regular basis obtained from clients and/or competition that aid the enhancement of client experience and internal efficiencies to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance related data is provided to compliance team on a timely basis.
- Comply with regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure that the firm achieves the desired assurance, audit and regulatory review and rating.
- Contribute to systemisation and platform strengthening to achieve scale and sustainability.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk for the firm and its clients prudently
- Participate in cross functional projects.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Spend time on knowledge enhancing initiatives and secure mandatory certifications and licenses, wherever applicable; adhere to the personal development plan.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management.
- Strong organizational Skills with attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems proactively
- Harbor a client-centric mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion, always maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to shift priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and industry practices to stay up to date.
