We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Packaging Procurement Executive to join our growing team.

Job Description:

As a Packaging Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing and managing packaging materials for our beauty products. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure that the packaging aligns with our brand aesthetics, quality standards, and cost-efficiency goals.

Responsibilities:

Source and procure packaging materials such as bottles, jars, tubes, boxes, and other containers.

Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with suppliers and vendors.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to packaging quality or delivery.

Coordinate with product development, design, and production teams to ensure packaging meets product specifications.

Ensure all packaging materials comply with regulatory standards, sustainability requirements, and brand guidelines.

Maintain an accurate inventory of packaging materials and manage stock levels to avoid delays in production.

Monitor market trends in packaging, identifying new innovations and cost-effective alternatives.

Track and manage procurement budgets, ensuring packaging costs remain within budget constraints.

Provide regular reports on packaging procurement activities and inventory levels to management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of packaging materials, design, and production processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability practices in packaging is a plus.
