Quality Assurance Automation Lead (15-20 yrs)

Role : IT Testing CoE/Practice Lead.

Location : Remote Work.

Duration : Long Term.

Work Schedule : Flexible.

Rates/Salary : Negotiable, DOE.

Responsibilities :

- COE Establishment: Build the COE from scratch, developing templates, testing standards, and methodologies for efficient and accurate data testing.

- Centralization: Lead efforts to centralize all testing artifacts (test cases, reports, automation scripts) using Jira TTM, ensuring that they adhere to the developed standards.

- Automation Strategy : Oversee and implement automated testing processes using Tosca DI.

- Ensure test automation aligns with project needs and CI/CD workflows.

- Guideline Development: Design and enforce standardized guidelines for test case design, execution, and reporting across projects.

- Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of QA processes, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the feedback loop provides actionable insights for improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly liaise with key project stakeholders to align COE strategies with project-specific needs.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to QA teams, ensuring a consistent understanding of COE practices.

Must Have :

- 15+ years of QA experience, with expertise in data testing and COE setup.

- Proficiency in Tosca DI, test case management (Jira TTM), and test automation strategies.

- Proven leadership in establishing centralized testing frameworks.

- Deep knowledge of data integrity testing, particularly in ETL and data pipelines.

Good to Have :

- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).

- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and audit processes.

- Experience with BI reporting validation and large-scale data.
