SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-8 yrs)

Role : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Location : Multiple Locations Across India(Hybrid).

Duration : Full Time Permanent.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a Global Transformation Project in multiple locations across India.

The Consultant will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to provide consulting services, optimize business processes, work on master data, and integrate systems effectively on a day-to-day basis.

There will be multiple rollouts happening every quarter for this program.

We are working towards transforming our existing platforms using SAP SuccessFactors.

We looking to build up a strong run team to maintain and support this application.

Qualifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of SAP SF Experience.

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

- Must have worked on atleast one or more of the SuccessFactors Modules like SF Compensation, RCM, Onboarding, Workzone, SF Administration, CPI etc.

- Good experience working on Maintenance and Support Projects.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
