We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our SME finance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by offering financial solutions tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role requires a deep understanding of SME needs, financial products, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Experience

5+ Years of experience in the sales industry

Qualifications

Degree in finance, Masters or MBA in finance and if possible, a CA (Most wanted)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
• Identify, target, and engage with potential SME clients in need of financial products such as Accounts & Finance, Tax Advisory & Compliance, Financial Advisory, Process Consulting, Compliance and Management Consulting.
• Drive growth by developing strategies to acquire new SME clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and increase market share within the SME finance segment.
• Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and the SME sector to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers.
• Provide consultative financial advice to clients, helping them access the right financing solutions for business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to SMEs on financial matters, including working capital management, investment planning, and risk management.
4. Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay up-to-date with financial products, services, and regulatory changes relevant to SMEs.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on financial products and services tailored to SMEs.
• Ensure the team is equipped to explain the benefits and terms of financial products to potential clients.
5. Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, helping them improve their skills in SME financial sales.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability within the sales team.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all client and sales documentation, including proposals, agreements, and contracts.

Salary range

Salary ranges from ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per year Base pay + incentives can be offered. Role & responsibilities
