Job Summary :

The Communication Coordinator is responsible for executing communication strategies to support organizational initiatives, projects, and events. This role ensures that all messaging is delivered effectively through various channels to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement communication strategies that support organizational goals.

- Responsible for the creation and dissemination of communication materials through social media, website, creative writing, photo shoots, newsletters, etc.

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Insta

- Create and maintain communication plans for various internal and external groups.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement communication campaigns.

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills/Abilities :

- Proven experience in executing effective communication strategies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in communication.

Qualification/Experience Required :

- Bachelor & Degree in related field. (Marketing, Communication)

- Work experience in research roles of at least 1-2 years

- Experience in content creation for digital and traditional communication channels.
