Position Grade : Range Senior Manager / AVP

Location : Mumbai HO

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- New product development- new fund ideation and research and development for launching new products including New Asset Class/Alternate Funds, International and Gift City funds and domestic mutual fund products

- Work on asset allocation models to provide bundled solutions through fund of fund structure products

- Analyze the existing products and its related features to enhance the appeal of the product

- Provide product/marketing related literature and work with Investment Team to prepare Market Outlook Reports and communication of portfolio strategy

- Peer Group Analysis with competitor funds

- Prepare due diligence reports for global fund mandates and for various distribution tie ups

- Provide constant flow of information to macro/micro/competition to better equip the sales team

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Master's Degree / NISM Certified

- Candidate should have 8 - 12 years of Work experience in a Financial Services and preferably in the Products / BD Or Sales roles in AMC / Bank and Wealth outfits

- Candidate with expertise in asset allocation and modelling will be preferred. Also, candidates with experience in launching or distribution of international products will be preferred.

- Strong Financial Acumen & thorough understanding of Investments, the market & the regulations surrounding the Mutual Fund Industry / Wealth Management Industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations at all levels (Internally & Externally)
