Operations Manager

Overview:
The Cafe Operations is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the cafes across the city, managing Store, Ops and Supply Chain Trackers related to Inventory, Hygiene, Sale Data, GRN, Purchase Orders. Supervise Store Managers and make sure all trackers are filled on time on daily basis.

Operations Management:
- Oversee cafe opening and closing procedures and tracker
- Manage cafe inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies and make sure no Open Purchase Orders in System on daily Basis
- Place orders with vendors and negotiate pricing for cafe products
- Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation of daily sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all cafe areas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Implement and evaluate cafe systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the cafe's operating budget
- Monitor and control costs and expenses related to labor, inventory, and operations
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on cafe performance and profitability
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
