Counsellor

The Job Expo India is seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration and Recruitment Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and information to clients about immigration procedures and recruitment opportunities. This role involves both in-person consultations and telephonic communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on immigration and recruitment processes, including eligibility, documentation, and timelines.
• Provide accurate and updated information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain records of client interactions and ensure follow-up as required.
• Assist clients in preparing applications and required documentation.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and recruitment trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to empathize with clients and provide them with appropriate solutions.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
