IT Recruiter JD:

• Manage End to End recruitment.
  • Source and screen CVs from job portals and social networking sites for the open requirements.
  • Role Involves Speaking to candidates over the phone and explaining the job opening
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Taking care of the on-boarding activities
  • Prior experience in Recruitment would be preferable.
  • Experience in IT Recruitment
  • Should be well versed with job Portals and linked in.
  • Good Knowledge of IT Industry.
  • For Lead: Must have strong experience in technology hiring.
  • Candidates should have good communication skills with Recruitment knowledge.
